Ans: Evergreen forests are found in the rainy slopes of the Western Ghats in Kerala and Karnataka, Odisha, the Jaintia and Khasi Hills of northeast and in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Rosewood, Mahogany and Ebony are some trees that are found in these forests. The wood of these trees is very hard. 3. Write what you know about Thorn forests. Ans: Thorn forests are mainly found in the northwestern parts of the Great Indian Desert of Rajasthan and in parts of Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.
