There are many problems faced by our country in the development of human resources. Three of them are…

ii) Poverty- Majority of the Indian population is poor. Due to poverty, the parents can not afford to send their children to School.
iii) Illiteracy- According to the Census of India, 2011, the literacy rate of the country stands at 74.04%. It means there is a long way to go before we Can achieve 100% literacy rate.

Some important steps taken by our government for human resource development in the country are as follows-

i) Right to Education for children upto 14 years has been made a Fundamental Right.
ii) Students are given free education and mid day meals in the government run schools.
iii) Girl child are given special financial incentives to encourage the education of girls.

Having a small family has many advantages. First, there is more love and attention from parents for each child. Second, it is easier to manage and provide for the family's needs. Third, there is less stress and more peaceful living. Fourth, it helps the environment by reducing overpopulation. Lastly, it allows the family to save money and have better opportunities for education and health. So, having a small family can bring happiness and a better future for everyone.
